My Bio

My name is Chris. I was born and raised in New York City and previously lived in  the Greater Osaka area of Japan for a total of about a year and half. First as an exchange student at Kansai Gaidai University in 2013 and then as an English conversation teacher in 2015.  I have been training in the martial arts since the age of 4. First in the Korean art of Taekwondo, where I earned my 1st dan black belt in 2002.  I have been training in Kyokushin Karate since May 2011 and currently hold the rank of 2nd kyu brown belt.
